For hygiene reasons, all intimate items (vibrators, adult toys, lingerie bottoms, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

Products cannot be returned or refunded once the parcel has been opened.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
🔁 EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges on intimate items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please see the Damaged or Wrong Item section below.
💸 REFUNDS

Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you purchased a gift card and request a refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

📬 RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved (for damaged, wrong items, or gift card refunds), we will provide instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
